Many churches utilize screens to ensure everyone in the auditorium is able to see the words to sing, scripture being read, and the people on the platform. One of the failed opportunities – in my opinion – is the lack of use of those screens to project images of life change that capture the evidence of the ministry of the church.

It’s vital we find creative ways to celebrate the generosity of our church. Here is one option you might consider:

Instead of simply projecting images of the people on the platform during your next Worship service, allow the music to become the soundtrack to a collection of images begin shared on the screen that capture how the spirit of generosity is changing the culture of your church. I promise you it will take a really cool song and create a moment to remember.

Here is a great example of one I thought was very well done.

Try it. You’ll be blown away by the feedback you get from the people in the pew (and you just might have to fight back the tears in your eyes, too).
